Duplicate Payments & Transaction Fee:
If any online payment has been processed more than once (i.e duplicate payments), then the excess amount will be refunded to you from our end within 10-15 business days of receiving your claim/report, but it's important that transaction fee charged by the gateway is deducted from this total refund amount.
